To do so, the Accounting Coordinator will be expected to…
Distributes cost center and store results.
Prepares weekly inventory report for Bank reporting.
Performs reconciliations of some balance sheet accounts( primarily accrued expenses, accounts receivable, prepaid taxes)
Prepares and processes journal entries
Files accounting reports and journal entries
Is responsible for archive storage and ordering of office supplies for the accounting department.
